Most EVELO Electric Bicycles are legal Class 2 eBikes which come limited at 20mph. Most models have a speed restriction that can be removed for speeds of up to 30mph on some Mid Drive models, and 25mph on some Hub models. We call this feature “off-road mode” and is not legal for use on public roads. The Atlas model is a Class 3 eBike with a top speed of 28mph.
