The tires for the Delta are "Tubeless Ready" -- the rim needs to be properly taped, sealant installed, and a new valve stem designed for this purpose.  The tire needs to be inflated almost instantaneously the first time to get a proper seal, requiring either an air compressor or a specialized pump made for tubeless setup. Even with all the right tools, success can be elusive, and experience is invaluable.

For these reasons, this conversion is best handled by a bike shop -- fortunately, this is a common upgrade, and any local bike shop can take care of you.
