Why doesn’t my display show 100%?

With any new eBike, the battery can take time to synchronize with the display panel. If your display does not show 100% after a full charge, we recommend riding the bicycle until the battery is completely drained, then giving it a full charge overnight. It might take a few rides to get the battery fully drained, which is ok. Repeat this process a few times and the issue will be resolved.
