All EVELO models are securely packaged, and sometimes they experience a rough journey from the warehouse to your home. We advise you to continue to open the box and continue with assembly, and take photos if you encounter any damage along the way. If you find shipping damage to the bike itself, please use the contact us page and send a quick email with a description of your issue, and we’ll reach out ASAP. 

If there is significant damage, we will arrange to work with a local bike shop to have a repair completed under warranty.
