If possible, please send us a photo from the side of the primary rider sitting on the bicycle by emailing contact@evelo.com. We may have some adjustment solutions available to get the bicycle to fit properly, and if not, we’re glad to handle exchange logistics for the model we can choose together. We’re happy to extend your trial period as we work on a solution.
