Some EVELO Models will have plastic packing material on the front wheel which can leave a small remnant in the wheel itself after it is removed. Take a look through the axle, can you see light? If not - you can insert the quick release skewer or thru-axle into the wheel itself (off the bike) and give it a firm hit with the palm of your hand to dislodge the plastic material. This will solve the issue.
