I hear a creaking noise when riding.

Creaking can be caused by the saddle or seatpost itself. Drop your seat much lower than usual and take a spin, if the noise is gone or has changed, we know the source, and we want to add some grease to the seat tube in the frame before reinserting the saddle and post assembly.

Next, inspect both crank arms to ensure they’re tight. You should feel no movement when pedaling with force. You can check these with an 8MM Hex Key at the top portion of the crank arm where it meets the bicycle.

If you are still having trouble, please contact us to open a service ticket, and we can provide additional instructions as needed. You can also swing by your local Bicycle Shop to have them take a look and diagnose the source of the noise. This generally falls into the “bicycle stuff” category, so any shop can help us out.
