Unfortunately flat tires are a part of cycling. Your local bicycle shop can fix a flat tire without any issues, since EVELO models use standard bike parts. If you received your EVELO within the past 30 days, email us the receipt and we’ll send a refund for any labor charges incurred. You can use the Contact Us form provided and attach a copy of this receipt as well.
