To test whether your Enviolo cable/manual shifter is hitting the complete range of the CVT hub do the following:
While spinning the rear wheel forwards, rotate the shifter forwards until it stops. The hub interface on the rear axle should hit the low gear stop.

While spinning the rear wheel forwards, rotate the shifter rearwards until it stops. The hub interface on the rear axle should hit the high gear stop.

If you are not able to reach either stop the solution is to:
