If your bike does not turn on, you want to first ensure that the battery is charged and turned on. If equipped, make sure the power switch on the battery is set to the ( - ) position and not the ( o ) position. Remove the battery from the bicycle and plug it into the charger, and wait until the charger shows a green light. With the battery re-installed, press and hold the power button firmly for 3-5 seconds to power the bicycle on.
